the room was clean, acceptable.
The rooftop bar was closed. This was annoying given the weather was good. the bar stopped serving beer from the taps early, forcing bottled beer only. i later discovered i was overcharged, doubling the frustration with the beer situation.

sara at the front desk helped greatly. our suitcase had been misplaced, and she arranged its delivery the next morning! i appreciated this help . the location felt safe! it was a short walk to many options.
The balcony door could not be locked. That was really concerning. it took multiple attempts to get it fixed. maintenance had to break the bolt to open the door! i booked the room with a balcony, but it was not secure at first. it was disappointing and time consuming.

the breakfast fell short of expectations. i have a gluten allergy, so a good selection of gluten-free options is very important. this time, there were only a brownie and corn flakes available. it was disappointing for an expensive breakfast. i expected more variety.
